Torch Optimizer Mod 1.14.4/1.12.2 shows numbers on the ground in Minecraft, which indicates the intensity of light rendered. This mod will help to maximize the mob spawning blockage.
The number of intensity also tells the safe zone. The larger the number, the less likely mob will respawn here. Stay in the large number zone, which indicated by green color, will ensure you are safe.
The default key for turning on/off the light level overlay is F7. You can change it later in Option -> Controls to the key that you like. Shift +F7 is for toggling skylight calculation. Ctrl + F7 is for toggling overlay display.
If optimizeEnable is enabled in the GUI config, you will get an asterisk placed on the ground at position number 2.
